Founder
Kain Abbott, who is a father of a daughter and son, is a Wiradjuri man with over 18 years experience in leadership roles in the Mining, Minerals & Energy Resources industry. Kain strives to aligning his achievements in leadership with his passion to support people in challenging situations. His greatest passion is to empower people to create a change in their life. Having experienced challenges in his own life with authority, it is his wish to educate and create equality.

FounderTim, who is a father of three boys, is a Gundungurra man who grew up on Dunghutti land in Kempsey. Tim grew up with loving parents who supported his sporting abilities and education. He spent seven years playing professional baseball in America, whilst studying a bachelor's degree in primary education, focusing on Indigenous studies.
Tim has worked for over 8 years in the mining industry underground whilst playing baseball at an elite level and is currently the captain of the Australian Baseball team.
